The Peak Completions IsoPort CS™ provides wellbore control in remedial operations by offering zonal shutoff. The system maintains the operational simplicity, time and cost savings of ball drop methods.

Each sleeve is initially opened utilizing Peak’s proven ball and seat technology that allows multiple stages to be treated with a continuous pumping time. After all sleeves are shifted open, seats can be milled out to allow for zones to be closed or re-opened utilizing one of Peak’s advanced shifting tool options which are suited for various applications.

The IsoPort CS™ provides a more efficient system for production and completion processes by eliminating profile erosion during high frac rate treatments. The tool is drillable in the closed and open position and has an internal lock system to prevent spinning during mill out.

The IsoPort CS™ provides operators with the ability to maximize reservoir recovery by shutting off zones that are producing excess water or unwanted gas. It is an ideal solution for reaching production with less time, money, and resources. Additionally, it can be combined with a variety of Peak technologies including the rigless toe initiation sleeve and the F1 Fantom® dissolvable ball.

The Peak Completions IsoPort™ frac sleeve provides selective stimulation treatment in both openhole and cemented applications. Each stage can be opened and re-closed with one of Peak’s advanced shifting tool options which are suited for various applications. Both mechanical and hydraulic models are available for use with the IsoPort™.

Operators are able to maximize reservoir recovery by customizing the stimulation design at the well site and shut off zones that produce excess water or unwanted gas.

The IsoPort™ features internal components that allow for surface indications and complete application flexibility by allowing sleeves to be opened at an adjustable pressure. The tool’s premium seal stack allows for opening and closing the sleeve under pressure without seal integrity degradation.

The IsoPort™ offers a unique solution for operators seeking improved efficiencies in their completion operations. The tool offers treatment through one focused point at reduced rates with more effective rate per foot compared to plug-and-perf multi-cluster systems. This allows for reduced hydraulic horsepower and pumps required on location. Real time zonal pressure monitoring is achievable with the ability to have a dead string in the hole. In addition, the system allows for a quick clean out in case of a screen out.

Since 2004, Peak has run over 6,000 cemented stages in horizontal, vertical, and multilateral wells. The system can be configured for a wide variety of challenges including water control and even re-cementing through the sleeves in certain applications.

Expandable Frac System™

The Expandable Frac System™ allows for multiple exit points per stage in cemented and openhole applications requiring multistage stimulation. The system can be configured to replicate perforation cluster frac design through number and flow area of ports.

In cemented installations, no changes to standard casing and cementing procedures are required. The proprietary Peak Wiper System ensures cement is thoroughly cleaned out of the system ID allowing tools to function properly.

After the cement is cleared, the first stage is hydraulically initiated utilizing the Trigger Toe Sub™. Next, a single ball is dropped from surface, travels through the wellbore and sequentially actuates several Expandable Frac Sleeves™ across each stage. Once all sleeves are opened, the limited-entry nozzle design enables maximum treatment coverage per stage. Cemented applications allow for up to 15 stages with 10 exit points per stage (150 total system exit points).

For openhole applications, the Expandable Frac Sleeves™ are run as part of the Predator™ openhole fracturing system and offer up to 31 stages with ten exit points per stage for a total of 310 exit points.

The Expandable Frac System™ eliminates the need for conventional plug-and-perf operations, saving operators time and costs - a truly rigless alternative. Peak has extensive experience with both openhole and cemented sliding sleeves. Since 2004, thousands of each have been successfully run and have enabled us to develop the technology into reliable solutions such as the Expandable Frac System™.
